Brent Loveall was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He is happily married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they are raising their two daughters, Ella Grace and Adalynn Rae—the greatest motivation behind everything he builds.

His sales career began at 19, selling over the phone. It took nearly three months to earn his first sale, but his mentor never gave up on him. One sentence changed everything:


“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Imagine if you had both.”


Brent wasn’t the fastest learner—but his work ethic was unmatched


BRENT’S JOURNEY

In 2014, he entered the automotive industry and immediately separated himself—selling 21 vehicles in a partial month, winning Salesperson of the Month, and doing it without taking a single lot up.

He mastered one defining skill: creating his own opportunities by picking up the phone.

That discipline led to elite results—64.5 cars in one month and $391,000 in a single year—without giving cars away. His mastery of process and psychology led him into leadership as a GSM and GM-in-training, where he helped dealerships achieve results they had never seen before.


Then life tested him.


Brent was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer—and beat it. When cancer returned, it clarified his purpose.

The mission became bigger than sales.

Brent paid his way through NADA Academy, where he was elected President of his class (N477) — a rare honor among Elite Industry leaders.
